Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Cats are easily stressed during labor and afterwards. She maybe looking for a safer place to move her kittens. I would move her to a spare bedroom and provide a box or something else for her to hide herself and the kittens in. I wouldn't worry about her not urinating or defecating right now. Be sure there are not a lot of people staring at her or touching the kittens. Make sure all other animals are put away. Be sure to feed her kitten food. Cats can also delay labor for up to 24 hours. She may still have a kitten to deliver. Remember she is a stray cat and she is used to being outdoors and doesn't know you that well. She is used to eliminating outside. I hope this helps!
