Dog scratched tail, now has a strange bump. What should I do?

Hello please can you help me !!! What is this thing in its tail ?? He scratched his tail and appeared after that, note: he do not have fleas or ticks or any thing , thanks.

It is just a mild skin infection. I suggest you clean it with some Chlorhexidine or Betadine scrub once a day until it is gone. Be sure to rinse the soap off very well. You should be able to find either of these products at your local pharmacy. I used to work in Iraq and we sourced these at local pharmacies.
