Why does my dog have scabs on her neck after boarding or vacation?

About 2 weeks ago I had came back from a week long vacation , during that vacation my dog was put in a animal medical center like a hotel for her . When I picked her up I noticed what is on the first photo on her neck but it looked pink at first and that’s it now then just now I realized the other two photos and there it other little scabs around her neck. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | spayed | 7 lbs

This presentation could be due to a trauma or localized spot of skin infection (likely to be caused by bacteria). A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Buster collar may be useful as well to avoid any licking/scratching (if any).
