My dog has a cut. What can I use to clean it safely at home?

Hi I have a 2year old jack russell terrier with a cut from my 13weeks old puppy and I would like to no what I can bathe it with. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 1 day old | 5.7 lbs

You can use just a mild hand (ex: gold dial) soap and water to clean the cut, just be careful to not get it in the ear. You can put a little triple antibiotics ointment on the cut but again, don't get it in the ear. If the cut looks deep, I would have your vet take a look to ensure it doesn't need any stitches.
