My kitten's belly is swollen and not growing. Could it be worms?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 18 days old | 1.5 lbs

Question 1 : I think kittens belly is over swelling. But his body isn't growing well enough. Is it because of parasite? What medicine should I give her up? Question 2 : Is his fur coat ok? He has very little short hair and hair color is fade. What should I do ?

It could be Wizzy had intestinal worms, those can be common in kittens. It will cause a swollen belly and can have negative effects on their growth. You will need to take him into the vet to confirm he does have intestinal worms, and the vet can prescribe a deworming treatment. His fur looks ok. Please take him into a vet today.
