Why is my dog limping, tilting his head, and acting like he's in pain?

Hi, I have an indoor dog name Kobi. He goes outside to do his business and comes back in. Well after one night his whole right side hurt. And then the next day it was just by his right leg. But now it's, just, im not sure. He was walking weird with his head slightly titled. My dad thinks he fell in a pipe by the house well his leg. I want to know if he's okay? If im too concerned.

It’s hard to say what is going on. The head tilt could be caused by pain or could be head trauma. I would recommend that you have him checked out by the vet to see what is going on. There may be medications to help with his symptoms.
