My puppy has rice-grain worms. Is this normal after a vet visit?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 2 months and 22 days old | 3 lbs

i have a maltipoo and she is 2 months.When i got her she was not eating, playing and only drinking water. I took her to the vet and they gave her a worm out,antibiotics and nutrical which is a vitamin .. All was well 1 week later she got her first shot .3 days ago i notice she was licking her behind when i investigated i saw 1 worm which looks like a rice grain...Immediately contacted the vet who said that was normal.. Now is that normal? Is she just a quite dog and i don't need to worry

From your description, I would guess you saw tape worms. It's not normal, but it's common, and not cause for major alarm either. Dogs get tape worms from eating fleas and the worms are easily killed with a dewormer. It's possible that your vet already gave her the appropriate dewormer for tape worms and that's why she's not concerned. I would recommend calling back to clarify and schedule an appointment to talk about it if you aren't sure.
