My cat showed pregnancy signs, but now she's in heat. Is she pregnant?

My cat’s mating was done on 15th Feb. For all the days till last couple of days she did show all the signs of pregnancy. Her food intake increased, there was a good weight gain, she searched for all the places for kittens, her movements became very careful, but suddenly last 2 days she has come on heat. I am confused. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 7.8 lbs

Purry should be 42 days pregnant now. Sometimes it is possible that a cat does come into heat during pregnancy. If you want to know whether she is still pregnant, take her to your vet for an x ray or an utrasound. Kittens should be visible now and the vet can also count them, so you know how many to expect. It will also show her empty if she is not pregnant.
