My dog has tapeworms. What meds can I buy to treat them effectively?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 years and 9 months old | 9.7 lbs

Asya has what looks like Tapeworms and if she's got them them so does Chance. What do I need to do/ what meds can I buy to get rid of them? Neither take pills well and I'm thinking of drops for their water?

Unfortunately this will not cure the tapeworms. They need praziquatel, which is a prescription medication. You can get it in the form of Drontal from the vet. I would take them both into the vet, and the vet can give them the pill so you don't have to worry about it. You will also need to treat them both for fleas, as fleas are intermediate hosts of tapeworms. Best of luck.
