Hey there, I just bought a new slider. I dont know if its a boy or a girl. I named him leornado though. Pet's info: Reptile | Aquatic Turtle | Male | unneutered

Leonardo may be too young or too small to accurately determine gender. Wait until he/she is about 4 inches in length. Female sliders have a smaller, thinner tail and shorter front claws than males do. the cloaca, or vent, is located closer tot he body in female sliders.
