My cat's eye looks really bad, worse than pink eye. Should I go to vet tonight?

Hello, my poor kitty’s eye has started to look bad today and she’s had kitty pink eye before but it hasn’t ever looked this bad. I plan on taking her to the vet in the morning but do you think she needs to go in tonight? She’s purring like normal and playing as usual but her eye is bothering me. Any suggestions? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 1 year and 10 months old | 8 lbs

Unfortunately there is no picture attached to your post, but I always consider any eye problem an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I'm concerned by your description that Kairi's eye looks bad, and I think having her seen tonight would be best. I hope this helps.
