Is there any home treatment for a grade 3 patella luxation ? We really don’t want our pup to undergo surgery. Pet's info: Dog | Cavachon | Female | spayed | 18 lbs

Keep her at a healthy weight--being overweight will make it harder on her knees and will make arthritis worse.
