My dog has a bald spot, scabs, and yellowish sticky skin. What to do?

I just discovered that Luna has a skin problem, she got a bald spot and I cam feel some scabies underneath her hair. She also has this yellowish sticky thing on her skin. Please help me, what should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 11.6845 lbs

I recommend that you have her evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check for the type of infection so that it can be treated appropriately.
