What shampoo is safe for puppy's irritated skin after flea meds?

Hello, just looking for advice. Our puppy has some sort of skin condition and has received flea drops, flea and more tablets, and antibiotics for his skin. I wanted to bath him but didn’t want to use a product that would further irritate his skin. Any advice would be appreciated. Pet's info: Dog | Morkie | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 20 days old | 4.5 lbs

I recommend a mild hypoallergenic shampoo. That should soothe and cleanse the skin and not reduce the effectiveness of the flea topical.
