My 11-week puppy threw up bile and undigested food. Should I worry?

My 11-12 week puppy (Rhodesian Ridgeback) puked twice today. First time was bile and second was some undigested pieces of food with liquid. She has 1-2 puppy shots left i believe. Should i be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Rhodesian Ridgeback | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 27 days old

I'd be concerned because vomiting isn't normal. I can give you a home remedy to try to see if that helps Kaia. Withhold food for 6-8 hours, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, there is blood in her feces, she stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.
