My dog is twitching and can barely stand. Is he having a seizure?

My dog is twitching and I don't know what to do. My grandma told me that he was fine this morning, but now he's spazzing out and can barely stand. I'm not sure what's happening, but I'm very worried.

This could be due either to seizure episodes caused by an intoxication or to epilepsy. A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is immediately essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound and blood tests) may be needed.
