My cat pees slowly, often, and her urine smells foul. What's wrong?

My persian cat takes a long time to pee and is goes more frequently. The pee also has a foul smell like when its a stomach flu. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old
