Hello and welcome to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. It sounds like he might have burst an anal gland. I would check his back end and see if there is a wound/hole near his bum. If there is then I suggest cleaning it with warm salt water, and if he will tolerate sitting in a salt water bath for 10min try this. You will need to get an e-collar or cone to prevent him chewing and licking. You could post a picture of his anus and area on this forum and we will be able to better tell you if this is an anal gland rupture or not. If there is no wound then he could either be constipated, or have diarrhea for other reasons, in which case a visit to a vet is a good idea. You can monitor his poops and see if they are normal or not, and if they aren't you can try adding fiber to his diet and make sure you cut out bones from his diet completely. Best of luck with Sonu, I hope he feels better soon!
