Can vets have a seizure when theyre sleeping caused by a bad dream?

Bad dreams do not cause seizures. So if your pet has a seizure while sleeping there is a more sinister reason for it, such as a brain tumor or other cause. Usually pets just dream and it could look like a seizure, as they may be running in their dream or jumping, and the movement of their limbs looks awkward..
