My cat has an oozing spot on her thigh. Should I take her to the vet?

Pet's info: Cat | American Longhair | Female | spayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 8.5 lbs

Cat was outside for 5 weeks. Caught her took her to vet few days ago. She’s acting pretty normal but this morning she has this bold spot on her thigh oozing a liquid from puncture mamra

It looks like a small abscess, probably from a scratch wound or bite wound from another cat outside, this will likely require antibiotic treatment, you should take her to the vet to get it checked and treated.
