Senior dog straining to pee, in pain. How can I help her tonight?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 12 years and 7 months old | 85 lbs

13 yr old pit bull terrier female, suddenly needing to urinate every ten mins very small amt, seems like she is in pain, pushes bum to urinate w nothing but drops leaking. Gave her ace tranquilizer to calm her down, she was anxious now she's thrown up and shaking. Cannot call ER vet, don't have the income so calling in morning. Is there something I can do to help her get through the night

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to help her, take her to your vet first thing in the morning, it's very likely she is suffering from a severe urinary infection and will need a course of antibiotics in order to get better.
