My dog has a skin condition I believe is ring worm based on the pictures I’ve seen online. What can I do?

I recommend bringing him in for a skin scraping. They will look at the cells under the microscope and look for bacteria, mites, and yeast. They can also do a culture and black light to check for ringworm. Once they have the diagnosis then they can prescribe the appropriate medication. In the meantime I recommend bathing your dog weekly in a medicated shampoo that is both antibacterial and antifungal. That should help heal these lesions. In my experience ringworm is generally seen in young animals, or those who are immune comprised. From the photo this looks more like a skin infection or pyoderma.
