My dog has skin patches and bumps. Could it be allergies or mites?

My dog has these patches on his head and nose and breaks out with bumps on his body which I thought was allergies but not sure anymore the patches are what throws me off i was wondering what I should do to treat them. Pet's info: Dog | American Staffordshire Terrier | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 20 days old | 80 lbs

There could be a few reasons for this. Prince should see a veterinarian. They can skin scrape the spots of hairloss looking for mites. I would also discuss a possibility of allergies although it is not typical for this young of a dog.
