Coco bites a lot even when we correct her bad behaviour, for eg.If we pick her up gently when she climbs kitchen platform, if we close the door when she is trying to run out of house etc. She holds grudges, she'll keep her anger suppressed for a while and will attack when we're least expecting. We let her play a lot, she sleeps around the dusk & wakes up at night, prancing around. Bit me when I was sleeping, she wanted more food, even though I had kept her a plateful of food just an hour ago!

Poor you and poor Coco. I definitely hear how frustrated you are, however I think you're placing far to many human emotions/thought processes on Coco. Cats don't hold grudges or suppress anger. I'd recommend reading through this website to work on ways to make Coco's life calmer and more predictable: https://indoorpet.osu.edu/cats . I'd also recommend stopping anything that you're doing that results in her biting you. Your attempts at corrections are likely scaring her and worsening her relationship with you.
