What to do if my hamster was attacked and has an open wound?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 3 days old | 2 lbs

So I have a problem I have 2 Siberian hamsters an adult and a baby but the thing is the adult I guess attacked the baby and now there's an opening on the poor hamster what should I do

Ouch, poor Cheeky! You need to separate him and put him in own cage with his own food, water, and bedding. You also need to take him into a vet immediately. This is quite a large wound and it has to be treated by a vet now. Best of luck.
