My male cat has a strange bump on his belly. Should I be worried?

Hello My cat is one year old and he’s sterilized, I’ve noticed this acne or I don’t know what to call it on his abdomen 2 months ago i didn’t give it much attention until I saw it again today. Should i be worried? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 7 lbs

From the photo this looks like a normal nipple. Male cats have nipples like females but they are small like in the photo. Usually four or so on each side.
