My senior dog has lumps on his neck and hips. Are they serious?

My dog is 12 years and I first noticed a ball next to his neck and now I'm noticing the same thing but on both of the sides of his hips?! Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | neutered | 12 years and 8 months old | 40 lbs

These "balls" could be tumors that needs to be checked and analysed as there are many conditions and types of tumors that could look like that. take him to the vet, they will perform a fine needle aspiration on the growth and send it to the lab for analysis. when the result comes, the vet will advise what needs to be done according to the diagnosis.
