My dog might have worms. Should I go to the vet or treat at home?

Pet's info: Dog | American Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 9 lbs

I think my year old female cocker spaniel may have worms. Please help!

This is not tragic. You can do one of two things: take a stool sample to your vet to have them verify that your dog indeed has worms and what kind and then get the appropriate wormer from your vet. Or you can go to a pet shop and get an over the counter wormer such as 8 in 1 Safeguard and worm your dog according to the instructions on the box.
