My pug (male, 18 mos, 10kg) recently had this blemish appear under his nose. What is it? Should I take him to the vet?

Hi, it looks like a possible histiocytoma, a benign tumour of the skin. However I would recommend to have it checked over by your vet who could take a fine needle aspirate to confirm it or to find out what kind of lump it is. Hope this helps !
