My dog keeps eating cat poop. Is this dangerous? What can I do?

My 10 month old female weim/ staffy cross keeps eating cat poop should i be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 11 days old

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Eating the stool of other animals can cause an upset stomach or the dog to contract intestinal parasites. Also the litter that is mixed with cat poop can cause a blockage if they ingest too much. I would use a cat door for the cat to use to get to it's litter box. Have it a size that the cat can get through but not the dog. Good luck!
