I gave my 10 lb dog an entire pill of the Prosense Ich and allergy medicine. She is very lethargic what should I do

This medication contains 25 mg of diphenhydramine, the same active ingredient as Benadryl. This is technically within the high end of the dosing range, although sedation can be a side effect and might be more profound at this dose. If you notice any muscle tremors, hyperactivity or diarrhea/vomiting I would recommend seeing an emergency veterinarian. Otherwise it is probably okay to continue to monitor her as long as she is otherwise healthy.
