Why does my 3-month-old puppy have a white pimple on its belly?

my dog 3 month old has a single white pimple in belly area. why is it and what can i do ? i gave my dog 3 pills of vitamin e(400IU)for humans , because of dry skin . Pet's info: Dog | German Spitz | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 4 days old | 2 lbs

Hi, thabks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It could be a pustule (bacterial infection). I don’t think I’d get too worried about one single pustule if he is otherwise fine (not scratching or licking). If he develops more he should see your vet. Puppy pyoderma on the belly isn’t uncommon.
