My dog is sad, not eating, and peeing red. Is she seriously ill?

From today morning it looks sad and it did not had its food,by evening i saw it was urinating like red tinged colour.it consumes only water. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 4 months old | 33 lbs
