Hello, I just noticed a tiny bump on the surface of my dogs skin while I was petting him. It’s moveable and has a hard surface, with a darker center. Do you think this looks like a wart or skin tag? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 9 years and 1 month old | 85 lbs
