Is it normal for my dog to twitch and breathe oddly while sleeping?

I have a 16w pure Red nose pitbull an sometimes when he sleeps he twitches alot an sometime doesn't breath properly or at least I don't think he is I was just wondering what I can do to help him? Or what it could be

Titan is so handsome! If you are seeing this behavior when he sleeps only, then it's likely that he's just dreaming. Dogs dream, and you can see twitching and breathing changes in response to those dreams. My own dog barks in her sleep sometimes. This is normal, and you don't need to do anything about it. I hope this helps!
