My dog drank cocoa almond milk. Is chocolate toxic for dogs?

My dog drank some almond milk that had cocoa pebbles in it. He is about 70 pounds. Should I be worried?

Unless he ate a large quantity of Cocoa Puffs, the worst you may see is some stomach upset (vomiting or diarrhea). Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. Minor stomach upset can usually be managed with a 24 fast followed by a bland diet fed in small,frequent amounts until symptoms resolve. If not, see your veterinarian for an exam.
