Why is my cat throwing up, losing weight, and very lethargic?

My cat keep puking multiple times a day. She’ll stop for a few hours then do so again more than once. She been like this for two days now. And she’s lost some weight it looks like. Also she will stay in one spot for hours and just lay there or sleep. Pet's info: Cat | Russian Blue | Female | spayed

Poor Snowbell! It sounds like she is very sick, and it's extremely serious she has been vomiting multiple times a day for two days. It could be she has a severe GI illness, ate something rotten, could have a foreign body, or could have pancreatitis. This is not something that can be treated at home, and I would consider her symptoms a medical emergency. She needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
