My dog has new skin spots, no itching or behavior change. Vet needed?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 months and 24 days old | 12 lbs

been noticing these spots appear on her. she doesn’t scratch at them, doesn’t really seem to affect, her behavior isn’t any different. just curious if i should be concerned or worth a trip to the vet.

I would wait at least a couple weeks before taking her for a checkup to the vet, it might be an allergic reaction (some of those reactions are not itchy), if this is the case it might resolve without treatment.
