My puppy has an itchy rash on her belly and neck. What can I do?

My puppy has been really itchy since yesterday and today I noticed a rash all over her abdomen and neck. What can cause this? I’m not able to take her to the vet until Friday, is there something I can give her that will help? I also give her Nexgard so no ticks or fleas. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 11 days old | 15 lbs

Poor Penny! Unfortunately it's illegal for use to recommend or prescribe any OTC drugs because we can't see her in person, so I can't tell you anything to give her. I can recommend trying an oatmeal bath for her. This may temporarily relieve her itching, the cause of which could be mites, ringworm, or allergies. If you can get her into the vet sooner than Friday, I would recommend that. I hope this helps!
