Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This is likely due to the anal sacs being full or an infection or inflammation. For this reason, I recommend that you have Royce evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They would be able to check the anal sacs and drain them or treat with antibiotics if needed. Good luck and have a great day!
