Dog anal gland abscess: Can it heal? Vet cost? What if it ruptures?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 9 months and 28 days old | 7 lbs

My dog has a anal glad abscess is there anything I can do to help her at home if I take her to the vet around how much do you think it'll cost I don't really have funds for the vet at this moment also can it heal by itself or will I need to take her to the vet is there anything I can give her to make it better and what do I do if it ruptures thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, Blu really needs a vet. I would get an ecollar for when this ruptures. It looks like it is going to rupture soon. This is not only painful and she should get pain meds but she also needs antibiotics for an infection.
