My dog has a 2cm pimple on his privates and 5 other under 1cm pimples around it. What can it be? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered

That sounds like one of two things to me. Either a local skin infection, which is most commonly caused by allergies, although it can be caused by other things, or cancer. You can repost with a picture if you have one, but either way, he needs to see a vet at your earliest convenience to have some testing and treatment started.
