A one time throw up I am not too concerned. If he is a little more tired today that can also be normal. I start to get concerned when they have excessive vomiting, difficulty breathing or swelling of anywhere. I would monitor Freddy tonight if he only vomited once and otherwise acting fine. If he continues to vomit or has any other symptoms, I would recommend bringing Freddy to the veterinarian to have him evaluated. Vaccine reactions are rare but they can happen.
