My lab chews paws. Could it be allergies with his other health issues?

Hello , thanks to provide info, as I asked to u that my lab always chew his paws, if there is allergic problem,then he needs antibiotics, before one month he suffered with gastrointestinal bleed, i m scared from that. He is also under the treatment of epilepsy. Pls plz help me.thankx. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male
