My kitten's eyes are red, watery, and stuck. Is it an infection?

My kitten eyes always looks sore we clean them and also had eyedrops, the ring of the eye is red and eye is watery he also sometimes wakes up with the right eye stuck together. He seems happy and playful what could it be? Photos not great as he wouldn't sit still.

It looks as Milo is suffering from an eye infection, it is relatively common in kittens and they can loose their sight if left untreated. you will need to take him to the vet the first chance you get, the vet will check the eyes, if it is indeed a simple eye infection your vet will prescribe an antibiotic eye drops that will probably solve the problem in no time.
