Why is my neutered dog humping after playing? Is it normal?

My dog was neutered in January 2018, and today, which is July 14, he suddenly decided to hump again. After he was playing with his squeaky toy, he randomly started humping the pillow. Don’t know if that’s normal. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 1 year and 11 months old | 16 lbs
