At this age you can use any puppy shampoo over the counter at your local pet store. As long as it says puppy shampoo and is oatmeal or aloe based, it should be perfectly fine. : ) Also you will want to start his vaccinations between 6-8 weeks of age, on average pets are starting at 8 weeks. So it is best to keep him away from other possibly unvaccinated pets (dog parks, shared communal grounds) until he is fully vaccinated, which is typically around his 3rd set of vaccines. Vaccinations boosters are given once every 3-4 weeks. Congrats on your new puppy and I hope that continues to be healthy during his development. Best wishes and take care!
