My dog has a cauliflower-like growth in her mouth. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 9 months and 30 days old | 28 lbs

I noticed a cauliflower looking growth in my dogs mouth today. It is attached in one place, similar to a skintag on the inner lower lip. It doesn't seem to be bother her.

Thank you for including the picture - it is very helpful. I can not make a diagnosis over the internet but I am suspicious of something called canine viral papilloma. I would encourage you to have her evaluated by your veterinarian soon to make sure it is nothing more concerning. Viral papillomas usually resolve on their own within a few weeks. However, some puppies with weak immune systems may develop a severe form, although that is very rare. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
