My new kitten hasn't eaten in 11 hours. Why won't my kitten eat?

I have bought a kitten today to my home if I'm feeding it with milk or meat it's not having it has been 11 hours since it has not eaten can you please tell me the reason?

I would pick up a Feliway diffuser or spray if they sell this product in your area https://www.feliway.com/us#redirected and offering kitten food (both canned and dry) and also soaking kitten food in with some kitten milk replacer to see if she has interest in any of these.
