My dog has more fleas after Frontline. Why isn't it working?

I bought frontline for my dogs put it on them 4 days ago. They have more fleas on them than they did when I put it on them. This photo is after giving only one of them a bath. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | 18 lbs

Frontline unfortunately is not a good flea treatment, as it is not working anymore in many cases. Here is a list of good quality flea (and ticks) treatment. Spot ons: Revolution, Advantage, Advantage Multi, Bravecto spot on (ticks as well). A good house spray would be Indoorex.
